    I agree that the dark side of sales are unethical and that there are many sales techniques that are better for your reputation. What Adriaan did in this course was to show from his experience, how to tweak a sales approach to benefit both sales growth and reputation. The psychology part taught by Francesca is highly insightful. This course was a valuable addition to my current knowledge and will certainly help a lot. The course is worth A LOT more than what you’re charging.

    Suggestion: Perhaps create one more module focussing more on B2B and relationship management?

    We were sent on this course in our own time because it is online. Retrospectively, I am sure it will help us to reduce our attrition rate and convert better. I do face to face sales but also spend 2 days per week on Telesales – and this course will help me manage both roles.

    I don’t really see why Adriaan is making excuses for teaching some really potent tricks: The big corporations and the media do this all the time. It is only fair that smaller companies learn the same tactics.

    Being in real estate and also taking care of sales training I found the course very insightful. Clearly there are different approaches that the trainers recommend according to your circumstances, so it is still up to the sales person to make the right choice. Sales staff should learn these concepts early on in their career to make life easier. I especially loved learning about reverse psychology, what makes people buy and trust and also how to change tactics to improve your long term reputation.
